LAWN UPDATE
Why were not all lawns cut this week? The lawns are very dry and running the equipment over dry lawns will do more damage than good. Some lawns will be cut, some will not, it is a judgment call made by Pro Scape and approved by the Board. Also, Pro Scape wanted to make sure everyone was watering correctly. Since the cold, dry air has moved in, it is very important that people water at least two to three times per week.
FOUNTAINS
The fountain in the small lake is not working. The time clock has been checked and it appears that the pump may be bad. Clear-water has been contacted and the warranty date is being checked for repair.
CHECK YOUR MAIL!
A Budget meeting notice is being mailed to all homeowners as required by Florida Statute. The budget meeting will be held on the 3rd Wednesday of this month, October 19, 2011. See you at the clubhouse See you at the clubhouse 7PM!
