New Clubhouse Hours!
Please enjoy the clubhouse from 5AM to 10PM for all your workout needs. The room has been rearranged to make it easier to access the equipment and new hand sanitizer to clean your hands. Light bulbs have been replaced and the light switch has been relocated so it is easier to find if you go in the dark. Be sure to bring a towel with you to keep the area clean.
Looking for a new home?
The First Time Home-buyers seminar and credit score repair will be on Saturday April the 9th at 10:00 AM in the model home. Danishes, donuts and coffee will be served and Embrace Home Loans will be the lender sponsoring this event. Larry Bruner and a professional credit score repair representative will speak for one to two hours about how to assist anyone who is renting and to show them the advantages of home ownership vs renting . Please encourage everyone to bring a friend or family member or even someone they may know at work that might want to consider a new home for their future. HELP NEEDED!
Your help is needed Thursday 3/24!
The cable, power, phone lines, etc. will be marked out in front of the Coral Trace gate by Thursday morning. On Thursday, (time TBA) digging holes for the posts will begin to prevent cars from going through the back of the clubhouse or around the gate illegally. If anyone is available to help paint the posts, dig the holes, or bring out refreshments it would be appreciated. If you are interested please contact the board at coraltracehoa@gmail.com
